Claim a request that suits your schedule. Director approval is received within 1 hour.

Sign the contract(s) and begin work.

A successful submission must receive feedback from its assigned director in order for the request to be marked as COMPLETE.

The PORTAL will not allow you to claim another request until your active requests are completed successfully.

All projects must be completed according to their individual timetables and by their respective deadlines.

Each individual project needs to be finalized and submitted per director instruction.

Each project needs to be submitted individually. Do not group projects together.
